Guide: Claro in your tools
Claro in your assistant and in your systems
Claro by Casafari has three doors: the app, your AI assistant and your own systems. Behind each one is the same Claro, so a brief returns the same premises, the same exact counts and the same verdicts with their evidence, whichever door you use. Your company's Casafari platform account opens both your assistant and your systems.
From your assistant
Add Claro to the assistant your team already uses, then ask for premises the way you would brief a broker, in any language. Any assistant that can connect to a remote MCP server works: Claude (desktop and claude.ai), Claude Code, ChatGPT (in developer mode for now), Cursor, VS Code, Copilot Studio, Perplexity and other MCP clients.
An example. An expansion manager whose account includes location data writes: 'Find corner units for rent in Madrid, street level, 150 to 300 m², with no gym within 300 m.' The assistant runs the brief through Claro and replies with the exact number of premises that match, and how many of them state every criterion.
For each premises it says whether the unit is on a corner and at street level, quoting the property's own words from its advertisement, such as “local en esquina a pie de calle” (an example), or 'not stated' where the advertisement does not say. It gives the nearest gym and its distance when one is found within 300 m, and the footfall index and residents nearby with their unit, source and date. The manager then asks it to compare the best three side by side and to open a dossier on the first.
Whatever the assistant, Claro never infers a fact the advertisement does not state, never names a private seller, never shows a property portal's name and never hides a figure behind a label: a footfall index comes with its number, its unit and its source.
- Exact counts: how many premises match, and how many state every criterion
- A verdict per criterion (met, not met or not stated), with the advertisement's own words as evidence
- Location figures with their unit, source and date, where your account includes location data
- A fit verdict with its reason, a dossier per premises, and up to five premises compared side by side
- A market snapshot of what premises of a kind ask in a place, and a brief read from the file you attach
From your systems
Your site-selection tool, CRM, BI or data team can call the same Claro on a schedule or from a form. Each of these is set up once by your developers, and each answer carries the same evidence as the app.
- Run your expansion brief every night, so premises added to the market reach your pipeline the next morning.
- Page through every match, up to 200 premises a page, rather than only the first screen of results.
- Score every premises with your own model, using each figure with its unit and source and each fact with its quoted sentence.
- Explain any point in Spain, with footfall, residents, spending power and places nearby, for premises your brokers found elsewhere.
- Offer a plain keyword search on a simple form, with no AI reading of the brief.
- Keep your store list and rival lists in your account, so a brief can say 'not within 500 m of our own stores'.
Your data
Your briefs, your own store list and your rival lists stay in your account; other Claro customers never see them. A brief that says 'not within 500 m of our own stores' is checked against your list only, as described in keeping away from your own stores.
Location data is a paid entitlement on each account. Without it, the search still runs on everything the properties' advertisements say, and a location criterion such as a footfall threshold or 'no gym within 300 m' is not applied: the answer names it and says why, so nothing is dropped silently.
Counts are exact, not estimates, and every fact is quoted from the advertisement it comes from. Anything an advertisement does not mention is 'not stated', never 'no'. How Claro counts premises and checks each fact is set out in the methodology.
How to get a key
Claro connects like every other Casafari API and MCP: through your company's account on platform.casafari.com, with a platform key or by signing in with that account, under the platform terms. The account creates and revokes its keys. The same access works in your assistant and in your systems, and each account has its own limits, set by the Casafari team.
New to Casafari? Create a free account on platform.casafari.com, from Start free on the homepage or on the platform itself. Your company's account there holds your plan and your keys; the Free plan includes a first search to try Claro. For a Custom plan, talk to the Casafari team with the form on the homepage.
- No Casafari account yet: create one for free on platform.casafari.com.
- The Casafari team sets up your account on platform.casafari.com, with your markets, your location data and your limits.
- Connect your assistant by signing in with your platform account, or create a platform key there for your developer to connect your systems.
For your developers
The developer reference has every operation, limits and errors. The setup below connects any assistant to Claro on the platform; one that signs in with OAuth needs no key. Three things to pass on:
- Claro runs as an MCP server and as a REST API, with the same platform access and the same answers as the app.
- Access belongs to your company's platform account: a platform key or the platform's sign-in (OAuth), created and revoked in that account under the platform terms, and never put in shared files.
- Your account's limits and location data apply to every call, from any door.
Give this to your developer, or paste it into your assistant
# Claude Code
claude mcp add --transport http claro https://platform.casafari.com/mcp/claro --header "Authorization: Bearer $CASAFARI_API_KEY"
# Other MCP clients

"claro": {
"url": "https://platform.casafari.com/mcp/claro",
"headers": {

}
Clients that sign in with the platform's OAuth connect without a key: leave out the header.
Questions
Which assistants can use Claro?
Any assistant that can connect to a remote MCP server: Claude (desktop and claude.ai), Claude Code, ChatGPT (in developer mode for now), Cursor, VS Code, Copilot Studio and Perplexity. Your developer or IT team adds Claro once, with your platform account's key or sign-in; after that, anyone using that assistant can brief Claro in plain words, in any language.
Does my assistant see the same premises as the app?
Yes. The app, your assistant and your systems all run on the same Claro, so the same brief returns the same premises, the same exact counts and the same verdicts with their evidence. What your account can see is the same too: its location data, if your account includes it, and its own store and rival lists.
Can my team keep its own scoring?
Yes. Claro checks the criteria you wrote; it does not impose a score of its own. Your systems can page through every match and pass each premises to your own model, with every figure carrying its unit, source and date and every fact its quoted sentence. Your model decides the ranking, on evidence you can check.
What happens to a location criterion if we have no location data?
The search still runs on everything the advertisements say. A location criterion, such as a footfall threshold or 'no gym within 300 m', is not applied, and the answer names it and says why, so nothing is dropped silently. Location data is a paid entitlement on each account; ask the Casafari team to include it in yours.
Can we put Claro's search on our intranet?
Yes. The embed box is a Claro search box for your own intranet or website. It uses a publishable key that only works from your own web addresses, so it cannot be reused elsewhere. Your team types a brief and sees the matching premises with their verdicts and evidence, within your account's limits.
Who issues the key and who can revoke it?
Your company's account on platform.casafari.com issues and revokes Claro's platform keys, as for every other Casafari API and MCP, under the platform terms; an assistant can also sign in with that account instead. Revoke a key there when someone leaves or a key is exposed. A company without a Casafari account creates one for free on platform.casafari.com first.
