What is Claro?
Claro is Casafari's AI search for commercial real estate. You describe the site you need in plain language, or upload the expansion brief you already have, and Claro checks each listed property against every criterion: met, not met or not stated, with the sentence from the listing behind each verdict. Missing information is marked not stated, never assumed. Claro is live in Spain today; a US version is in preparation.

Write or upload your brief
Use plain language, or the brief you already have: PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or a photo of a printed page. Claro shows it back to you as a list of criteria.

Every property gets verdicts
Each criterion is marked met, not met or not stated, with the sentence from the listing behind it. If a listing does not mention something, it is not stated, never a no.

Shortlist with proof
Ranked results, a dossier for each property and side-by-side compare. Nothing is inferred, so your real estate committee sees exactly what each listing says.

Questions from US expansion teams
Is Claro available in the US?
Not yet. Claro is live in Spain only. In the US there is no search, no listings and no coverage today, and we are not announcing a launch date. US expansion and real estate teams can join the waitlist to request early access and hear from us as the US version takes shape.
What will Claro check on a US site?
We are preparing Claro to check each commercial listing against the criteria in your brief, such as size in square feet, asking rent, frontage, drive-thru or end cap position, marking each met, not met or not stated with the listing's own sentence behind it. Location data for the US is still being evaluated, so we are not promising footfall, demographic or competitor data.
Which property types will Claro cover in the US?
In Spain today, Claro covers shops, restaurant and café space, offices, warehouses, industrial units and hotels, for lease or sale. The US version is being prepared for commercial space of the same kinds. Claro never shows individual residential listings; residential data appears only as aggregated area numbers, such as counts and medians.
How is Claro different from a commercial listing search?
A listing search filters by price, size and location. Claro reads the whole listing and checks it against every criterion in your brief, quoting the sentence behind each verdict. If a listing does not mention something, such as a grease trap or drive-thru, Claro marks it not stated instead of guessing. Listing links go to the broker's or brokerage's own page.
How do I get early access to Claro in the US?
Join the US waitlist on this page with a short form about your company and the markets and formats you are expanding in. The Casafari team reviews each request and will contact you about early access as the US version develops. Joining is free and commits you to nothing. If you have sites to fill in Spain, you can search there today.
